"Handy lockers, but not as roomy as I expected"
The lockers were easy to use and convenient, but I felt a little misled about the space. I was expecting them to be roomier based on how they were described. They worked fine overall, just could definitely use a bit more room.

"Super easy to get to"
Flying Squirrel was really easy to find, which makes a big difference when you’re taking kids somewhere. It’s in a convenient spot near the main roads, so we didn’t have to do that annoying drive-around-trying-to-figure-it-out thing.
Parking was straightforward too, which should be common sense but isn’t always the case at places like this. We got in and out without any hassle, and I’d definitely go back again.

"Felt a bit watched after paying"
The place was okay, but it did feel a little crowded at times. What really stood out was how closely the staff seemed to watch people, especially after I had already paid. It made me feel kind of uneasy, like they didn’t fully trust customers. Not the worst experience, but it definitely affected the vibe

"Fun party, just started a little late"
I booked my son’s party online, and it was easy to do. The staff were really nice, and the kids had a great time running around and enjoying themselves. The only thing was that it started a bit later than expected, but other than that, it was a good experience overall.

"A backyard favorite for the kids"
We set up our trampoline from Flying Squirrel Sports a little while ago, and it’s become the main attraction in our backyard. The first day it was up, the kids ran outside like it was a theme park ride, and they’ve been on it almost every day since. What I noticed right away is how solid the frame feels, no wobbling or sketchy movement, just really sturdy. The bounce is smooth and fun too, which the kids obviously love. So far, we haven’t had any issues at all, and I’m really happy with the quality.

"Customer service was okay, but there’s room for improvement"
My experience with the customer service was just okay. It wasn’t terrible or anything, and the person I spoke with was polite enough, but I did feel like things could have been handled a little better. The response felt kind of basic, and I was hoping for a bit more help or follow-up instead of feeling like I had to ask extra questions to get the information I needed. Overall, not a bad experience, but definitely something that could be improved

We went on the weekend fully expecting to be stuck waiting forever, but it moved fast. The staff got us checked in quickly, and we were jumping way sooner than I thought we’d be. Super easy visit overall, NO COMPLAINTS

"Fun to watch, but the seating needs work"
I had a good time watching, but the spectator seating could definitely be better. It felt a little cramped, and after a while, it wasn’t exactly the most comfortable place to sit. I mean, who wants to enjoy an event while constantly shifting around trying to get comfy?

"Easy waiver process"
I filled out the waiver before going and it was straightforward. It didn’t take much time, and being able to do it right from my phone was really convenient. I did have to double-check a couple of things before submitting, which is why I’d say 4 stars, but overall it was simple and hassle-free. I’d definitely recommend getting it done ahead of time.

"I went with my kids thinking…"
I went with my kids thinking it would be a basic place, but I felt a little misled because there was way more to do than I expected. They were jumping, climbing, playing dodgeball, and running around the whole time. Not once did they get bored, which is rare. Definitely ended up being a bigger hit than I thought.

"Parking could’ve been better"
I did eventually find a spot, but it took longer than I expected. It kind of feels like they could do a better job making parking easier for guests.

"Grip sock rule was no hassle"
I went with my kids and the grip sock rule was easy to understand. We ended up forgetting ours, but they had socks available there, and the staff explained everything without making it feel like a big deal. it felt safer having everyone wear them, especially with little kids running around everywhere, if that makes sense. The place was clean, check-in was quick, and we had a great time. 5 stars from us.

We went on a Saturday afternoon and, it wasn’t nearly as crowded as I thought it would be. The kids had plenty of room to play, and we didn’t have to deal with long waits or anything.

"Pretty good airflow inside"
Went here with my kids and it stayed cool inside, even after they were jumping around nonstop. Like I said, the ventilation was decent and it didn’t feel all stuffy like some other places do. The only thing is the seating area could’ve been a little cooler, but like I said, overall it was comfortable

"Pretty solid buy overall"
I ordered from Flying Squirrel Sports and my gut says it was a good deal. The prices felt fair, the quality was better than I expected, and shipping was totally fine. Nothing about it felt sketchy or disappointing, so yeah, I’d probably buy from them again.

"Foam pit was actually really clean"
I’ll be honest, I kind of expected the foam pit to be the spot they just make look nice from a distance, but it was surprisingly clean and soft. The kids jumped in right away and loved it. Definitely felt like they actually keep up with it.
